A space to bring the real stuff—shame, doubt, grief, desire—and be met with curiosity, not judgment

2x 60-minute coaching sessions/month
Weekly private check-ins (voice, text or email)
Regular reflection practice to check in on what’s working, what’s not, celebrate your wins, and notice any resistance that’s coming up. You’ll share your reflections, and I’ll respond with a personalised 10-minute Loom video.)
Full presence, deep care, and space to evolve at your own pace
Investment: $2,200 (or 6 monthly payments of $375)

Habit change that lasts for even for burnout? Been there, so I know exactly what works. Allergic to meditation? We never bring it if that's what you prefer.
We begin by defining a tangible, time-bound healing goal alongside an outward goal (e.g., whether it is career/role change or reconnecting with the same role)—this creates immediate focus and direction.
The real power, though, lies in gentle partnership and checking in regularly. When we do this, we prevent ourselves from talking our way out of progress or letting self-doubt take the wheel. It’s a small but impactful practice that helps you stay on track.
In the healing space, the goal often emerges after we heal the initial burnout, so we honor that.
The magic starts to unfold within the container of compassionate spaceholding. It’s not just about the techniques and strategies we use—though they are vital—it’s the safety of that space that starts immediate shifts in unseen ways. This is where true transformation happens.
